  • Start Cases in Web Checkout Without a Pre-Existing Scan: Starting a case in Web Checkout just got more flexible. You can now start cases from scratch - simply enter patient information, select the case type, and upload the necessary scan files without needing to contact support. To try it out, choose “Start a new case from scratch” in the Web Checkout flow.

  • Digital Relines for Dandy-Ordered Dentures: Dandy’s all-digital workflow designed to enhance the denture reline process is now available for Dandy-ordered dentures.   • Use Diagnostic Scans for Pre-Prep Scans: Save appointment time by using Diagnostic Scans as pre-prep scans in Chairside workflows. Chairside will automatically prompt you to capture any additionally required scans based on the case. Learn more.
  • Place Orders from Diagnostic Scans in 'Patients' tab: Order directly from Diagnostic Scans by accessing the 'Patients' tab through Chairside on your Dandy laptop. Learn more.

  • 'Patients' Tab Now Accessible in Portal: View and share patient scans from any device that you can access your Doctor Portal, just like you would in Chairside. Learn more.

  • Chairside Now Compatible with Trios 5: You can now scan and submit orders using your Trios 5 scanner in Chairside, enabling a faster, more seamless workflow with user-friendly guided scanning. Learn more.
  • Specify Bleaching Tray Preferences at Checkout: You can now select which teeth should include bleaching wells directly in Chairside at Checkout, eliminating the need for manual notes. If no preference is selected, the system defaults to wells on all teeth. Learn more.

  • Simplified Scan Attachment in Refab Workflows: We've improved the prompts guiding you through refabrication workflows, making it clearer when and why scans are needed. This update streamlines scan attachment and replacement, ensuring no critical files are missed. Learn more.

Lab Products

  • Updated Thermoform Night Guard Thickness: Checkout options now display only 2-3mm and 4mm thickness choices, ensuring greater clarity and alignment with clinical and design best practices. In-product guidance is available to assist with selection.
