How to Request a Video Design Review
Step 1: Request a Design Preview in checkout
- During the checkout process for your prescription, select 'Yes, Add Design Preview'.
- Then select 'Get a Narrated Video by Lab Tech'. The video will be sent with your Design Preview and will be viewable in your Portal.
