A Video Design Review is a technician-led walkthrough of your design for full visibility into how design feedback was applied. These videos are narrated by a Dandy technician, showing how and why specific design adjustments were made.

Note: Live Design Review calls are only available for crown, bridge, and implant cases. We plan to expand to other lab products in the future.
How to request a Video Design Review
Step 1: Log into your Doctor Portal
- Log in to your Doctor Portal at practice.meetdandy.com, and select the 'Orders' tab
Step 2: Locate the related order from the Order List page
- After selecting the 'Orders' tab, locate the order for which you wish to add on a Video Design Review. Video Design Reviews can only be added on to orders with Design Previews.
- Click on the patient’s name to open the Order Details page for the desired case.
Step 3: Select Open Design Preview

On the Order Details page, open the available Design Preview by selecting Open Design Preview.
Step 4: Reject Design Preview
- While viewing the available Design Preview, select the Reject Design button.
- Select 'Request Video Design Review' from the menu that automatically pops up once the Reject Design button is selected.
- Note: the Video Design Review will be available when the next iteration of this design is made available.
