Refreshed Denture, No Patient Downtime
Refresh Denture Fit in 5 Days - Without Sending to the Lab
What is a Digital Reline?
A Digital Reline is a fast, chairside workflow that refreshes the fit of an existing denture without the need for sending it to the lab. Patients keep their denture throughout the process and receive a brand-new Signature Denture, digitally designed to match their current anatomy, delivered in just 5 business days.

Tips for Success
Follow these best practices to ensure a smooth Digital Reline workflow and optimal fit:
- Impression Technique
- Use a light wash impression: No need for full border molding, just enough to capture updated tissue anatomy.
- Scan with the impression material in place: Do not remove the wash before scanning. It helps preserve anatomical accuracy.
- Scanning Best Practices
- Capture full borders: Ensure complete scan coverage of peripheral anatomy for best fit and retention.
- Scan extraorally: Take a 360° extraoral scan of the denture for clean, distortion-free data.
- Patient Selection
- Know your ideal candidates: Perfect for immediate denture follow-ups or long-term wearers with retention issues.
