Frequently Asked Questions
-
Why is a patient's name missing from the list?
A patient only appears on the list if at least one order or Diagnostic Scan has been submitted. If a patient was created in Chairside but no scans were submitted, the name will not appear.
-
Why are there no case tiles for a selected patient?
This occurs if the patient was created, but the associated scans were never successfully submitted. Scans must be submitted before tiles populate.
