General Shipping and Turnaround Rules

Dandy calculates all turnaround times using business days. Turnaround times include the time required for shipping.

  • Cut-off Time: Dandy considers cases submitted after 11:00 AM EST as received on the following business day.
  • Potential Delays: Holidays, supply chain disruptions, lab capacity, or extreme weather may extend turnaround times.

Fixed Product Turnaround Times

Fixed products include bridges, crowns, and implants. Turnaround times for fixed products vary based on the number of units and material types.

Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, Onlays, and Veneers

  • Zirconia (1-3 units): 5 business days.
  • Zirconia (4+ units): 7 business days.
  • Emax Full Contour (1-3 units): 7 business days.
  • Emax Full Contour (4+ units): 12 business days.
  • Gold (High noble, Noble, Non-precious): 1-3 units (7 business days); 4+ units (12 business days).
  • Layered Materials (Emax Layered, PFZ, PFM): All units (12 business days).
