Pricing

Turnaround Times
Turnaround times can fluctuate based on holidays, supply-chain issues, and extreme weather.
Tracking of specific, individual orders can be done through your Dandy Portal. Orders submitted after 11 a.m. EST will be processed the next business day!
Clear Aligner Treatment Plan Options
Dandy offers three treatment plan options. This allows you to choose the plan that makes the most sense for each case based on treatment goals. Our three options are:
- Dandy On Demand
- Dandy 20
- Dandy Max
Below, we outline key plan details for each option.
Dandy On Demand
This plan allows you to save money by paying per treatment step.
Typical clinical use case: very mild (anterior) cases
Refinements
With Dandy on Demand, you can add a refinement if further tooth movement is needed to achieve the original treatment plan a la carte before the treatment plan expires. The treatment plan for Dandy on Demand expires one year from the approval date of the original treatment plan. Refinements for Dandy on Demand will be capped at the number of aligners in the original approved treatment plan.
Additional refinements after treatment expiry will constitute a new treatment.
Retainer Details
Zendura retainers can be added a la carte, with a turnaround time that includes shipping of 6 business days
Dandy 20
This plan is ideal for mild to moderate cases that take up to and including 20 steps.
Refinements
Dandy 20 includes one refinement if further tooth movement is needed to achieve the original treatment plan, and they are capped at 20 aligners per arch treated. Refinements are eligible for request within 2 years of the approval date of the original treatment plan.
Additional refinements after treatment expiry will constitute a new treatment.
Retainer Details
Includes 1 set of Zendura retainers, with the option to include additional Zendura retainers a la carte.
Dandy Max
This plan is used for mild to advanced cases, and all plans with more than 20 steps will only be eligible for Dandy Max.
Refinements
Dandy Max includes unlimited refinements if further tooth movement is needed to achieve the original treatment plan. Refinements are available for request for 3 years from the approval date of the original treatment plan.
Additional refinements after treatment expiry will constitute a new treatment.
Retainer Details
Includes two sets of Zendura retainers with the option to include additional retainers a la carte.

Replacement Aligners
Dandy will replace aligners that are defective, missing in shipment, or lost in transit at no charge. Replacement aligners will be charged a la carte when the user breaks or loses aligners.
