Pre-Requisite

Complete Chairside Scans following “Chairside Crown and Bridge Scanning Workflow”

Ordering

1. Select any additional product, if needed, for the case
   1. Models
   2. Nightguard
   3. Bleaching Tray
   4. Retainer
   5. Sports Guard
2. Click Continue
3. Confirm or modify the originally selected Shade
4. Click Next
5. Select the relevant options for each additional product selected
6. Click Next
7. Request Design Approval
   1. Select yes if you want to view the design prior to fabrication.
      1. If yes, Select any additional Design review features where applicable.
   2. Select No to fabricate without approving the design - Design previews will still be available where applicable
8. Click Next
9. Review Order
   1. Confirm Product Information
   2. Click “Add Rx-Specific instructions” to add additional notes to the order if needed.
   3. Click “Review Next” and repeat for each additional product
10. Click “Proceed to checkout
11. Select the appropriate doctor for the case
12. Select the Correct Shipping Address for the case
13. If more files need to be sent, click “Upload Files” or “Upload  from your Phone” to add them prior to checkout.
14. Click Place Order to Send the case, or click Save order for later if not ready to proceed.
