Overview: This article provides the 2025 holiday closure dates and recommended order submission deadlines for Dandy products to ensure delivery by December 15 and December 31
To ensure we provide the highest level of reliability to your practice during this busy end-of-year season, please find updates to our turnaround times below so that you can schedule your patients through the end of the year with confidence.

If you haven't already, please update your UPS account with your office holiday closures so they do not attempt to deliver your cases while your practice is closed. Learn more about UPS My Choice here
Dandy Holiday Closure Dates
We will be closed for the holidays on the below dates. As always, you're welcome to submit orders, and we will process them on the next business day. Dandy support and Live Scan Reviews will not be available on the following days:
- Thursday, 27th November (Thanksgiving Day)
- Friday, 28th November
- Saturday, 29th November
- Wednesday, 24th December (Christmas Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm ET
- Thursday, 25th December (Christmas Day)
- Wednesday, 31st December (New Year's Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm ET
- Thursday, 1st January (New Year's Day)

Dandy offers rush shipping for a flat fee of $25 on eligible order types. This fee applies to expedited transit only and does not accelerate the fabrication time of the product.
