Overview: This article explains how to configure a UPS My Choice® for Business account to track, manage, and receive notifications for Dandy shipments.
Accessing UPS Business Solutions
Dandy uses UPS as a primary shipping provider. Access the UPS My Choice® Business Solutions website to begin the management process.
Creating or Logging Into a UPS Profile
Users with an existing UPS My Choice for Business profile should select the log-in option located at the top right of the UPS website. Users without an account must select the sign-up option to create a new profile.
Configuring Practice Contact Information
When creating a new UPS My Choice account, use the name and email address of the specific practice member responsible for tracking lab cases. Dandy recommends adding the preferred practice phone number to ensure consistent delivery updates.
Selecting Inbound Shipment Services
Within the UPS account settings, select the option for inbound shipments to manage all packages received by the practice. Users must then set up the "Ship To" name and confirm the physical practice address for accurate delivery.
Managing the Delivery Dashboard
The UPS My Choice for Business dashboard allows the practice to perform the following logistics tasks:
Track inbound Dandy deliveries.
Configure custom delivery notifications.
Modify delivery dates and locations for inbound shipments.
