Overview: This article provides the 2025 holiday closure dates and recommended order submission deadlines for Dandy products to ensure delivery by December 15 and December 31
To ensure we provide the highest level of reliability to your practice during this busy end-of-year season, please find updates to our turnaround times below so that you can schedule your patients through the end of the year with confidence.

If you haven’t already, please update your UPS account with your office holiday closures so they do not attempt to deliver your cases while your practice is closed. Learn more about UPS My Choice here
Dandy Holiday Closure Dates
We will be closed for the holidays on the below dates. As always, you're welcome to submit orders, and we will process them on the next business day. Dandy support and Live Scan Reviews will not be available on the following days:
- Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving Day)
- Friday, November 28th
- Saturday, November 29th
- Wednesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm ET
- Thursday, December 25th (Christmas Day)
- Wednesday, December 31th (New Year's Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm ET
- Thursday, January 1st (New Year's Day)

Dandy Rush Shipping Policy
Dandy offers rush shipping for a flat fee of $25 on eligible order types. This fee applies to expedited transit only and does not accelerate the fabrication time of the product.
