Overview: This article covers the step-by-step case setup workflow for Tooth-Supported Overdentures Using Existing Dentures using Dandy Chairside scanning software. Follow these clinical steps when using a current complete denture or overdenture as a reference for the intaglio fit and vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO) to fabricate a new tooth-supported overdenture.

Important note: The housings that will cover the retained natural teeth or roots are not fabricated or provided by Dandy.
