Overview: This article provides instructions for selecting a patient and configuring product details to begin a partial denture workflow in the Chairside software.
Select the Patient
Click Start on the Chairside home screen.
Enter the first and last name of the patient in the search field.

Manage the selection based on the patient's history:
For existing patients: Select the patient name from the list and click Order Something New.
For new patients: Complete the first and last name, select the gender, and enter the patient's birthday.
Click Create and Continue.

Configure the Partial Denture Product
Click Dentures in the product menu.
Select Partial from the denture options.
Select the desired material for the partial denture and click Next.
Select the specific tooth shade for the partial denture or click I’ll do this later to skip this step.
Confirm if the partial denture is a replacement by selecting the appropriate option.
Finalize Order Selections
Click Start Scanning if the partial denture is the only product needed for this patient.
Click Add Another Item to include additional products in the same Chairside order.
Click Edit Partial to modify any previously selected materials or shades.
