Create Sleep Apnea Device Workflows in Chairside

Overview: This article provides a step-by-step guide to selecting patients and configuring device orders in the Chairside Sleep Apnea workflow. 

Selecting a Patient in Chairside

  1. Click Start on the Chairside home screen.

  2. Enter the first and last name of the patient.

  3. Choose the patient's name for existing records and click Order Something New, or complete the entry for a new patient.

  4. Select the patient's gender.

  5. Enter the patient's birthday.

  6. Click Create and Continue to proceed to product selection.

Choosing a Sleep Apnea Product

  1. Click Sleep & Accessories within the Chairside product menu.

  2. Click Sleep Apnea to view specific device options.

  3. Select the specific Sleep Apnea Device intended for the patient's treatment. 

Finalizing the Order Stage

  1. Click Start Scanning if no further items are required for this patient order.

  2. Click Add Another Item if the patient requires additional restorative or accessory products.

  3. Click Edit Sleep Apnea Device if you need to modify the current device selection before beginning the scan.
