The Shade Remake Killer service provides three separate crowns (selected, lighter, and darker) to ensure a perfect match for the patient.

1. Click Start on the Chairside homescreen.

2. Enter the patient’s first and last name.

   • For existing patients, select the name and click Order Something New.

   • For new patients, finish typing the name, select the gender, enter the birthday, and click Create and Continue.

3. Click Fixed Restorations, then click Crown.

4. Select a single unit anterior tooth (6-11 or 22-27) and click Next.

5. Select Zirconia Monolithic or Zirconia Translucent Aesthetic.

Upload photos and select shade

1. Upload photos using one of these methods:

   • Scan the QR code to upload from a mobile phone.

   • Click From Your Laptop to drag and drop files from the computer.

2. Select a tooth shade and click Next.

   • Note: Dandy recommends stump shades for anterior cases.

3. Add additional items if needed, or click Start Scanning.

1. Lower Arch: Follow an occlusal, buccal, then lingual scan path and click Next.

2. Upper Arch: Follow an occlusal, buccal, then lingual scan path and click Next.

3. Bites: Capture at least 4 teeth and 2–3 mm of gingiva. 

   • Align Bite Scans Manually if the bites don’t auto-align

4. Click Review Scans to check for distorted areas.
