Overview: This article provides an overview of 3Shape TRIOS software navigation, including how to manage patient records, create new cases for Dandy, and access scanner calibration settings.
Manage Patient Records and Cases
Use these steps to add new patients or access existing records within the TRIOS software.
Add a New Patient
Select New patient on the left side of the TRIOS home page.
Input the patient's first name, last name, and date of birth on the Add new patient page.
Select the blue Add button at the bottom of the page.
Select Dandy labs from the What are you doing today page to start a new case.
Access an Existing Patient
Navigate to the Search for a patient tab in the top left of the TRIOS home page.
Search for the patient name to view previously submitted scans and orders.
Configure TRIOS Settings and Calibration
Access the scanner management menu to maintain equipment performance and start calibration.
Select More at the top of the TRIOS home page.
Select TRIOS from the dropdown menu.
Select Scanner Management to begin the calibration process.
