Fixed restoration cases can be customized with several clinical and model-based modifications.

Clinical Modifications

  • Porcelain Butt Margin: Select this for improved esthetics at the labial margin.

  • Rest Seats: Request rest seats for crowns intended to support partial dentures or future restorations, also known as Survey Crowns.

  • Pink Porcelain: Apply pink porcelain to mimic gingival tissue in areas with significant recession.

     

Model Options

  • Single Arch Quadrant: A model of the treated arch in a quadrant view.

  • Dual Arch Quadrant Articulated: A set of upper and lower quadrant models in occlusion.

  • Study Model - Dual Full Arch Articulated: Comprehensive upper and lower full-arch models provided in occlusion.

Available Case Add-ons

These additional services can be included with a fixed restoration order to support the clinical workflow.

  • Temporary Crown: A provisional restoration used while the final crown is being fabricated.

  • Physical Wax-up: A physical representation of the planned restoration for diagnostic or patient presentation purposes.
