This article provides an overview of Dandy's rush shipping policy as well instructions for adding rush shipping to orders.
Select Shipping Types
Select your desired shipping option during the checkout flow on Chairside. This is the last menu that you are presented with prior to place the final 'Place order' button.
- Standard Shipping
- Rush Shipping
- No Rush Shipping
Standard Shipping
This is Dandy's regular shipping option. It provides a normal shipping speed in line with our standard practices.
Eligibility: All Orders
Availability: All Orders
Fees: If fees are applicable, it will show at order checkout.
Rush Shipping
This option provides an expedited case experience of 1 day.
Eligibility: Orders in the United States
- Exceptions:
- Orders with Design Preview are ineligible
Availability: Dynamic - If we cannot accommodate rush options for any reason, it will not show at checkout.
- Note: Split orders, with multiple products will only rush the available product(s)
Fees: $25 on eligible orders
Limitations:
- Orders submitted with rush checkout cannot be modified to ensure timely processing, this includes the removal of Rush Shipping
No Rush Shipping
This option allows Dandy to prioritize workload, in return a credit value is given.
Eligibility: All Orders
Availability: Dynamic - this option is visible when lab volume is high. It is not always available
Credits: Orders eligble for "No-Rush" Shipping will provide the credit amount at order checkout.
Limitations:
- Orders submitted with "No-Rush" Shipping cannot have the "no-rush" option removed.
