How to start a chat
Please note: The time to connect with a lab tech may vary; please be patient while Dandy finds one to assist with your case.
Within a design preview - What to follow if your design needs edits
- Once the design preview is ready, go to the patient's order to review.
- Click Open Design Preview.
- If there is something you would like to make any changes, you can request it in the design preview.
- If you want to speak directly to a lab technician, you will see a box at the bottom of the screen that says Talk with a Lab Technician.
- Select Continue to chat.
From Patient Order - What to follow if you have general inquiries that do not include design edits
- Locate the order you wish to speak with a lab technician about.
- Once you are in that order, locate the box labeled Speak with a Lab Tech in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- This will open a chat and connect you with a lab technician.
