Configuring Implant and Restorative Details
Step 1: Input Implant System Information
Enter the implant manufacturer, the specific implant system, and the guided drill kit into the required fields. You may also provide the preferred implant size at this stage. Select Next to proceed.
Step 2: Select Restorative Type
Choose the final restorative type for the case. Confirm if there are any additional procedures planned for this specific patient. Click Next to move to the diagnostic file section.
Managing Diagnostic Files and Treatment Plans
Step 3: Attach CBCT Data
Review the instructions for attaching the required CBCT files to the submitted order. If the scan has not been performed yet, provide the CBCT appointment date in the field provided. Click Next.
Step 4: Choose Treatment Plan Review Method
Select your preferred method for reviewing the treatment plan once it is generated. After making a selection, click Next.
Finalizing the Checkout Process
Step 5: Review and Edit Order Details
Review the full order summary for accuracy. If you need to modify product information, click the Pencil Icon next to the relevant section. To include extra details for the lab, click Add Rx-Specific instructions.
Step 6: Confirm Delivery and Submit
Click Proceed to Checkout. On the final screen, verify the following:
Assigned Doctor
Shipping Address
Requested Delivery Date
If you have additional files to provide, select Upload Files or Upload From Your Phone. To finish, click Place Order to submit immediately, or Save For Later to keep the order in your drafts.
