Overview: This guide explains how to navigate the checkout process for a partial denture in the Chairside software, from initial configuration to final order submission.
Configure Partial Denture options
Add an optional additional item from the available list if required and click Continue.
Select the desired tooth shade and click Next.
Select the specific teeth to be replaced.
Confirm for each selected tooth if the tooth is currently missing or scheduled for extraction and click Next.
Note: For dual arch partials, select the appropriate teeth on both the upper and lower arches.
Select materials and fabrication details
Choose the specific clasp placement and click Next.
Select the preferred clasp material and color (if applicable) and click Next.
Choose the necessary coverage and click Next.
Select the appropriate tissue shade and click Next.
Select the fabrication/production type and click Next.
Upload clinical photos and files
Add patient photos or click Skip.
To upload from a mobile device, scan the provided QR code.
If the QR code does not work, click Regenerate Code or Get a Text.
To upload from a laptop, click From Your Laptop to drag and drop files or browse local folders.
Review and submit the order
Acknowledge that the model will be a dual full arch and click Next.
Review the final order summary for accuracy.
Confirm the product information.
To edit details, click the pencil icon.
Click Add Rx-Specific instructions to include additional clinical notes for the laboratory.
Click Review Next to repeat this process for other products in the case, or click Skip to Checkout.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Confirm the designated doctor, shipping address, and requested delivery date.
Click Upload Files or Upload From Your Phone if any additional documentation is needed at this stage.
Click Place Order to submit or Save For Later to hold the case.
