Overview: Learn how to scan and submit a combination order for a patient receiving both a Fixed Restoration (Crown, Inlay, Onlay, Veneer, or Bridge) and a Partial Denture.

Select the tooth or teeth that will receive the restoration.
Specify the desired material and shade from the menus.
Upload any relevant patient photos.
Select Add to Order.
Step 2: Set Up the Partial Denture
After completing the fixed restoration setup, add the partial denture to the same order.

Select Partial.
Choose the desired material and tooth shade for the partial denture.
Indicate if this is a replacement partial.
Select Add to order.
Step 3: Complete the Scanning Process

Navigate to the Review menu once all scans are complete.
Select Start ordering to begin the checkout process.
Step 4: Guided Checkout and Design Details
The checkout flow requires specific design input for both the fixed and partial components.

Review and confirm the fixed restoration details.
-
Provide partial denture design details:
Select teeth the partial will replace and indicate if they are currently missing or scheduled for extraction.
Select clasp placement. If you choose Specify locations, use the diagram to mark preferences.
Select clasp material (available options are based on the denture material selected in Step 2).
Step 5: Final Review and Submission
Review the case summary, delivery address, and estimated delivery date.
Select Place order.
[!IMPORTANT] If you selected a layered product (PFZ, PFM, or Emax) for the fixed restoration, the fixed restoration is delivered first. You must submit a new scan of the seated restoration to begin fabrication of the partial denture. The partial case remains on hold until the new scan is received.
