Create a Clear Aligner Refinement Case in Chairside

Overview: This article provides instructions for requesting an aligner refinement within the Chairside software for Dandy Clear Aligner cases.

Selecting patients and products

Use the following steps to locate the patient and initiate the refinement request:

1. Open the Chairside software and click Orders in the top left-hand corner.

2. Click the search bar at the top of the screen and enter the first and last name of the patient.

3. Locate the specific aligners order and click the aligners order.

4. Click Request a Refinement in the green banner located at the top of the screen.

5. Confirm the patient information and click Next.

6. Select the specific case type and click Next.

7. Select the desired arch or arches and click Next.

Finalizing the refinement stage

After selecting the arches, choose the appropriate next step for the aligners:

1. Click Start Scanning if the refinement requires no other products.

2. Click Edit Aligners if the aligners require any modifications or changes.
