To ensure we provide the highest level of reliability to your practice during this busy end-of-year season, please find updates to our turnaround times below so that you can schedule your patients through the end of the year with confidence.
Adjusted Turnaround Times
In order to ensure on-time delivery for your cases, we are temporarily increasing our turnaround time through December end for the following products and restoration types:

| Retainers - ClearEssix | 8 business days |
Rush Policy
Dandy offers rush shipping of our products, not rushed fabrication. Rush shipping requests can be accommodated for a flat fee of $25. At this time, only certain order types are eligible for rush shipping. Please refer to this Help Center article for more information on what types of orders are applicable for rush shipping.
Set Your Delivery Schedule
If you haven’t already, please update your UPS account with your office holiday closures so they do not attempt to deliver your cases while your practice is closed.
Dandy Holiday Closure Dates
We will be closed for the holidays on the below dates. As always, you're welcome to submit orders, and we will process them on the next business day. Dandy support and Live Scan Reviews will not be available on the following days:
- Tuesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm EST
- Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day)
- Tuesday, December 31th (New Year's Eve), reduced hours 8:00am-4:00pm EST
- Wednesday, January 1st (New Year's Day)
