Attaching existing scans to a Dandy Portal order automatically triggers the creation of a new order. The Dandy Portal processes this as a new order to ensure scan accuracy and correct processing.
The Dandy Portal will cancel your original order.
The Dandy Portal will provide a new, adjusted delivery date.
Dandy will not double-charge you for the new order.
Access the Attach Scans Tool
Log in to the Dandy Portal.
Navigate to the specific order that requires scans.
Select the Attach existing scans button.
Select and Preview Scan Files
Select the specific case from which you want to pull scans.
Choose the specific scans you wish to use.
Optional: Use the preview tool to verify the scan files before final submission.
