How to Track My Orders

The instructions in this article review the steps for tracking the status of your existing orders in the Dandy portal or Chairside.

Instructions for Tracking Your Orders 

1. Locate the 'track your orders' menu on the home screen.
2. Click the name of the patient whose order status you wish to track.
3. Locate the tracking menu at the top of the subsequent page. This menu provides information in live-time about the orders status and estimated delivery date.

Alternative Way to Track your Orders

1. Navigate to the Dandy Portal or Chairside.
2. Click the Orders tab at the top of the home screen
3. Click the name of the patient whose order status you wish to track
4. On this page, you can view your order details and timeline
