The instructions in this article review the steps for tracking the status of your existing orders in the Dandy portal or Chairside.
Instructions for Tracking Your Orders
- Locate the 'track your orders' menu on the home screen.
- Click the name of the patient whose order status you wish to track.
- Locate the tracking menu at the top of the subsequent page. This menu provides information in live-time about the orders status and estimated delivery date.
Alternative Way to Track your Orders
- Navigate to the Dandy Portal or Chairside.
- Click the Orders tab at the top of the home screen
- Click the name of the patient whose order status you wish to track
- On this page, you can view your order details and timeline
Marking Orders as Delivered
Sometimes, even after an order is received at your practices, our shipping partners may not mark the order as delivered. As a result, the Orders List Page on your Portal may show orders that have been delivered as 'In Transit.' In these situations, you can mark orders as delivered using the 'Mark Delivered' button to adjust the orders' status.
