Overview: Use the Dandy portal or Chairside software to monitor the current status and estimated delivery dates of your patient orders.
Track orders from the home screen
Open the Track your orders menu on the home screen of the Dandy portal or Chairside.
Select the name of the patient you wish to track.
Review the tracking menu at the top of the patient's page to view live status updates and the estimated delivery date.
Track orders using the orders tab
Navigate to the Dandy Portal or Chairside.
Select the Orders tab located at the top of the home screen.
Select the name of the patient to open the order details.
View the order details and the fulfillment timeline on the subsequent page.
Update order status to delivered
Shipping partners may occasionally fail to mark an order as delivered in their systems. If an order has arrived at your practice but the portal displays "In Transit," you can manually update the status.
Navigate to the Orders List page in the Dandy portal.
Locate the specific order that has been received.
Select the Mark Delivered button to update the status to "Delivered".
