Configure Shades and Denture Types
Select Tooth and Tissue Shades
Select a tooth shade from the Vita Classical or Ivoclar Bleach Shade Guide and click Next.
Choose a tissue shade and click Next.
Find Available Denture Tissue and Teeth Shades
Select Denture and Manufacturing Process
Choose the specific denture type from the list of available options and click Next.

Select a manufacturing process and click Next:
Straight-to-Finish: Select this to receive the final denture at the next appointment.
Try-In: Select this to receive a monolithic 3D-printed try-in denture to confirm occlusion, fit, and aesthetics.
Define Aesthetic and Functional Preferences
Set Smile Style and Festooning

Select a Smile Style for fabrication and click Next. Options include:
- Lab choice (Recommended)
- Hollywood
- Mature
- Youthful

Select a Festooning Level and click Next.
- Soft
- Medium (Recommended)
- Heavy

Identify if the patient has a diastema:
If Yes, choose to either Keep or Close the diastema.
If No, select No.
Configure Denture Smile Designs and Festooning Levels
Select Add-Ons and Functional Adjustments

Select any required add-ons and click Next.

- Cu-Sil gaskets
- Metal framework
- Metal mesh
- Soft liner

Select a preference for the Bite Adjustment and confirm the distance in millimetres.
- Leave as is
- Open
- Close

Select a preference for the Midline Adjustment and confirm the distance in millimetres.
- Leave as is
- Shift to patient’s left
- Shift to patient’s right
- Match upper midline
- Match lower midline
Optional: Select Correct occlusal scheme to Class I if desired.
Upload Patient Media and Review Order
Attach Patient Photos
Users can upload photos using a mobile device or a laptop.
Mobile Device: Scan the provided QR code, select the photo files, and click Upload.
Laptop: Click From your laptop, browse to the local folder, and double-click the files to open.
Reviewing Files: Select files under Your files to view
