Setting up and Managing Dandy Home Sleep Test

This article outlines how to set up and manage a Dandy Sleep Home Sleep Test. 

Selecting Home Sleep Test

  1. To start a new case, refer to Create Sleep Apnea Device Cases in Chairside.
  2. Once Sleep is selected from the SKU menu, click Sleep Test Device.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up the Home Sleep Test.

Sleep Test Device Does not Show as an Option

  1. Be sure all Dandy Sleep forms have been submitted.
  2. If Dandy Sleep onboarding has been completed and still does not show the option for Sleep Test Device, please email us at sleep@meetdandy.com or call us at (201) 822-1318

How to Manage Active Home Sleep Tests

  1. On Dandy Chairside or Dandy Portal, navigate to the Orders tab. 
  2. A column will appear on the left-hand side of the screen titled Orders.
  3. Click Sleep Tests; this should be the last option.
  4. All patients who have been selected will appear after clicking.
  5. Here you can review the status of a sleep test, and the order status of a sleep apnea device.
