How to enroll

  • If you are interested in Dandy Sleep for your practice, please reach out to your Account Manager to get started
  • Your account manager will provide the costs involved with Dandy Sleep and discuss billing amounts for patients. 

What information does Dandy need to complete enrollment?

  • Insurance requires a W-9 from the practice to process reimbursement payments
  • Supporting information about the practice to support credentials and processing claims
  • Updated Group NPI Taxonomy to support sleep-related medical claims and reimbursements

What you will receive upon enrollment

  • Once your practice is enrolled in Dandy Sleep, you will receive the following
    • Four complimentary Sleep Ring devices (reusable)
    • In-office marketing materials
    • George Gauage accessories
    • Practice credentialing and payer enrollment
    • Telehealth coordination when needed
    • Insurance verifications
    • Pre-authorization support
    • Ongoing patient coordination
    • Medical billing support

Important information

  • Dandy Sleep is out-of-network only
  • Medical billing through Medicare/Medicaid is not available
