Identify Dandy-Managed Systems for Support
Dandy Support assists with systems that Dandy manages directly. Dandy provides support for the following managed items:
Laptops: Dandy-managed laptop hardware.
Software: Dandy Chairside software applications.
Equipment: Dandy-approved scanning equipment and hardware.
Applications: Specific applications and services installed by Dandy.
Dandy Support services for these managed systems include:

Identify Practice-Managed Systems for External IT
Dandy does not manage or troubleshoot systems owned by the practice or third-party vendors. Users must contact their internal IT team or the specific vendor for the following non-supported items:
Practice-owned laptops or desktop computers.
Third-party scanners not provided by Dandy.
External peripherals not supplied by Dandy.
Non-Dandy software applications.
Internet Service Provider (ISP) services.
Manage Network and Connectivity Responsibilities
The practice or the Internet Service Provider (ISP) manages all network performance, Wi-Fi stability, and internet-related issues. Dandy is unable to modify practice network configurations.
If the practice experiences slow performance, disconnections, or scanning delays, the internal IT team must review the following network infrastructure:
Practice-managed Wi-Fi.
Network routers.
Network switches.
General network infrastructure.
