Overview: This guide explains how to successfully configure, review, and submit a tooth-supported surgical guide order within the Dandy Portal.
Provide Product and Implant Details
To begin the order configuration, select the necessary components for the surgical guide:
Add an optional additional item from the list of available options and click Continue.
Input the implant manufacturer and system, the guided drill kit, and the preferred implant size (optional), then click Next.
Select the final restorative type and confirm if any additional procedures are planned before clicking Next.
Upload Medical Documentation and Requirements
Accurate imaging is essential for the creation of the surgical guide:
Review how to attach the required CBCT to the submitted order or provide the CBCT appointment date, then click Next.
Select how the clinical team will review the treatment plan and click Next.
Acknowledge that the model will be a dual full arch and click Next.
Review and Finalize the Order
Perform a final quality check before submitting the surgical guide request:
Review the order details for accuracy.
Confirm the Product Information; click the pencil icon to make any desired changes.
Click Add Rx-Specific instructions to include additional clinical notes for the order.
Click Review Next to repeat this process for additional products, or select Skip to Checkout.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Confirm the doctor’s name, delivery address, and requested delivery date.
Select Upload Files or Upload From Your Phone to attach any remaining documentation.
Click Place Order to submit or Save For Later to keep the draft.
