Returning Restorations/Appliances To Dandy

Return Unnecessary

  • Most items do not need to be returned to Dandy if a remake is needed, the patient no longer wants, or broken or damaged.
  • Implant abutments, parts, or analogs
  • Items may be kept as patient examples or discarded.

Return Necessary

  • Items containing precious alloys
  • Sleep Apnea Appliances
  • Items that are continuations containing a Partial Denture

Precious Alloys

  • Items that contain gold or are semi-precious (ie, crowns, bridges, inlays/onays, or veneers)
  • Please contact Dandy to create a Return Label for you

Sleep Apnea Appliances

  • All Sleep Apnea Appliances need to be returned
  • Please contact Dandy to create a Return Label for you

Items that are continuations containing a Partial Denture

  • Active multi-fulfillment orders containing a Partial Denture
  • Dandy generates a return label automatically in the Dandy Portal once you provide feedback on the case.
  • Shipping labels are order-specific! Please ensure that the order number on the shipping label matches the and only order being placed in the envelope/box
