Troubleshooting and FAQ
Optional Workflow: Doctors do not have to use a Diagnostic Scan if it is available; new scans can be captured at any time by selecting the re-scan option.
Verifying Scans: To confirm if a Diagnostic Scan exists, navigate to the Patients tab and locate the specific patient's scan history.
Accuracy: Ensure the selected Diagnostic Scan accurately captures the patient's current anatomy and bite before proceeding.
