Connecting your Dandy Trios Wireless
Step 1 - Open the Chairside software on your laptop
- The Chairside icon looks like the following:
- Laptop
- Connect your TP-Link to a USB port on the laptop
- Dandy Cart

Connect your TP-Link to a USB port below the scanner holster

Step 2 - Navigate to the 'Using a Trios? Connect" option
- From the menu reading 'Scanner not connected,' select Using a TRIOS 5? Connect option.
Step 3 - Input your scanner's serial number (preceded by S/N) and an office name for your scanner
- Use the image below to help locate your scanner's serial number.
Step 4 - Press the green 'Continue' button
Step 5 - Remove one of the batteries from the charger and insert it into the scanner base
- The image below shows where to insert the battery into the base.
Step 6 - The Dandy TRIOS Wired should now show as your 'Selected scanner'
- When successfully connected, the following confirmation message will appear.
- Press the 'Finish' button to conclude this process.
