Download Monthly Invoices from the Dandy Portal

Overview: Learn how to download individual or multiple monthly invoices from the Dandy Doctor Portal for record reconciliation.

Access the Billing Menu

To find your stored invoices, you must first navigate to the billing section of the Dandy Portal:

  1. Log into the Dandy Portal at practice.meetdandy.com.

  2. Click the Account Settings icon (gear icon) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu to view the Billing page.

Download Individual or Multiple Invoices

The Dandy Portal allows you to download single invoices or consolidate multiple months into one PDF:

  1. Locate the desired invoices by searching for the specific Month and Year.

  2. Check the box next to the invoice you wish to download.

  3. To download multiple invoices as a single consolidated document, select all relevant checkboxes before proceeding.

  4. Click the Download PDF button.

  5. Save the generated PDF to your local device.

Manage Multi-Location Invoices

If your account uses a multi-location contract, follow these specific steps:

  • Log in to the Dandy Portal using the Primary Location credentials.

  • The Primary Location has permissions to access and download invoices for all associated practices using the standard download process.

  • Contact your Account Manager to enable multi-location billing if you do not see these options.
