Download Monthly Invoices from the Dandy Portal

Overview: Learn how to download individual or multiple monthly invoices from the Dandy Doctor Portal for record reconciliation.

Access the Billing Menu

To find your stored invoices, you must first navigate to the billing section of the Dandy Portal:

  1. Log into the Dandy Portal at practice.meetdandy.com.

  2. Click the Account Settings icon (gear icon) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu to view the Billing page.

Download Individual or Multiple Invoices

The Dandy Portal allows you to download single invoices or consolidate multiple months into one PDF:

  1. Locate the desired invoices by searching for the specific Month and Year.

  2. Check the box next to the invoice you wish to download.

  3. To download multiple invoices as a single consolidated document, select all relevant checkboxes before proceeding.

  4. Click the Download PDF button.

  5. Save the generated PDF to your local device.

Manage Multi-Location Invoices

If your account uses a multi-location contract, follow these specific steps:

  • Log in to the Dandy Portal using the Primary Location credentials.

  • The Primary Location has permissions to access and download invoices for all associated practices using the standard download process.

  • Contact your Account Manager to enable multi-location billing if you do not see these options.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Q: Can I download all of my invoices from this year as one, single PDF?

A: Yes, you can! On the Billing menu, select all relevant invoices from the year. Once all are selected, press the 'Download PDFs' button. A single PDF with all selected invoices will be generated and available for download. Click here for a video tutorial.

Q: I don't see my December 2024 invoice yet. What do I do?

A: Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month. The December 2024 invoice will be available for download by January 1, 2025. For early invoice generation, contact Dandy’s billing support team at cxbilling@meetdandy.com.

Q: How can I access my yearly payment totals? 

A: Dandy does not provide yearly payment totals at this time. All payments are listed on individual invoices, which can be downloaded and manually totalled.

Q: Where can I update my payment information on file?  

A: Payment methods can be changed under Account Settings > Practice Settings.

  • Note: Make sure the new method is set as the primary method!

Q: Can I download multiple invoices for multiple locations at once? 
A: Yes, this is available, but only if your account is set up with a multi-location contract.

  • The 'Primary location' listed on your multi-location contract has access to all invoices for all locations.
  • The Primary location's Portal must be used to download each invoice using the same process shown in this article.
  • Reach out to your account manager to learn more about setting up multi-location billing for your practices.
