Accessing the Storefront
Users can access the Dandy Shop storefront through the Dandy Practice Portal by selecting the Supplies tab located in the top navigation bar. Alternatively, users can navigate directly to the storefront by visiting the Dandy Shop web address.

Placing an Order
Select Add to Cart next to any required supply item. Available dental supply items include scanner mirror tips, shade guides, marketing brochures, and general practice materials.
Open the shopping cart view to review and confirm all selected supply items before initiating checkout.
Check the terms and conditions box to accept the storefront purchase agreement.
Select Checkout. First-time storefront users will receive an automated prompt to create a dedicated Dandy Shop account.
Enter the exact shipping destination address for the dental practice.
Input the preferred payment method information for order billing.
Select Pay Now to complete the supply purchase workflow.
Obtaining Order Support
For order assistance, fulfillment issues, or product return requests, users must contact the Dandy Shop support team directly. Users must submit support inquiries exclusively via the Contact Us form located within the storefront platform.
