Overview: This article explains how order cancellations, on-hold statuses, and remake requests affect your monthly invoice and fabrication fees.
Manage Billing for Cancelled Orders
Order billing depends on the current stage of the order at the time of cancellation:
Cancellations before fabrication: If you cancel an order before it enters the fabrication stage, it will not appear on your invoice, and you will not be billed.
Cancellations during fabrication or shipment: If you cancel an order while it is in fabrication or transit, Dandy will bill the full case fee to your invoice.
Manage Billing for On-Hold Orders
Orders placed on hold impact invoice timing:
If an order is on hold when Dandy finalizes monthly invoices, that order will not appear on the current month's invoice.
Dandy will include the order on your invoice once fabrication resumes and the hold is lifted.
Manage Billing for Remakes
Submitting a case for a remake may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the change:
Shade or material changes: Dandy will add a fee to your invoice if the remake request includes a change to the original shade or material used for the case.
