Add a Bank Account as a Payment Method

There is no processing fee for paying via ACH or debit card. Linking a bank account will automatically set it as the default payment method.

1. Access the Dandy Portal
2. Click the 'Account Settings' icon and then 'Practice Settings'
3. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Practice Settings' page. Select 'Link Bank Account'
4. In the popup window, enter the Routing number and Account number
5. Confirm the Account number and click 'Link bank account'

Dandy is committed to the security of your financial account information. We do not store details such as ACH bank account information or credit and debit card numbers. Instead, this sensitive data is transmitted to Stripe, our payment processor.
