Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Add a Card to the Dandy Portal

1. Access the Dandy Portal
2. Click the 'Account Settings' icon and then 'Practice Settings'
3. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Practice Settings' page. Select the '+ Other methods' option.
4. In the popup window, enter the card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. (You may use Stripe's Link feature to associate your credit card details to your email address for faster payments)
5. Confirm the card details and click 'Add Credit Card'.

Note: If multiple payment methods are on file, navigate to the 'Payment methods' section of the 'Practice settings' to designate your preferred method as the primary option for transactions.

Credit Card

Credit card payments will incur a 2.9% processing fee. The processing fees will appear as a line item on each monthly invoice in the Dandy Portal.

Debit Payments

There is no processing fee for paying via ACH or debit card.

Keeping Financial Account Information Secure

Dandy is committed to the security of your financial account information. We do not store details such as ACH bank account information or credit and debit card numbers. Instead, this sensitive data is transmitted to Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe holds a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, representing the highest and most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.
