Manage Your Monthly Payment Due Date

Overview: All Dandy payments are automatically processed on the 8th of every month. While the recurring due date cannot be changed permanently, you can request a one-time payment exception.

Standard Payment Processing

Dandy processes all credit card, debit card, and ACH payments automatically on the 8th of each month. At this time, Dandy cannot permanently change your recurring payment due date to a different day of the month.

Request a One-Time Payment Exception

If your funds will not be available by the 8th of the month, you may authorize a one-time payment for a different date.

  1. Draft an Email: Use your account's registered email address.

  2. Contact Billing: Send your request to cxbilling@meetdandy.com.

  3. Submit Before the Deadline: Ensure the email is sent before the 8th of the month.

  4. Confirm the Date: State the specific date you are authorizing for the one-time charge.

Note: Your standard auto-charge setting will remain enabled and will resume on the 8th for all future months.
