Overview: Complete the Training Intake Form in the Dandy Portal to customize your upcoming practice training session based on staff experience.
Prerequisites
Complete the Dandy Portal account setup process before accessing the Training Intake Form.
Training Intake Form Access
Navigate to the Home screen on the Dandy Portal.
Locate the section titled Your practice's training session.

Select the Let’s tailor your training button to open the Training Intake Form.
Note: The Training Intake Form takes approximately two minutes to complete.
Attendee Scanning Experience Details
Identify the individuals attending the training session within the form fields.
Enter the previous scanning experience for each attendee to help Dandy tailor the training.
Select the Continue button to move to clinical preferences.
Doctor Clinical Preference Submission
Complete the fields regarding the preferred material choices for each doctor.
Provide details on preferred retraction methods and preparation styles.
Select the Continue button to submit the clinical information to Dandy.
