At Dandy, our priority is to deliver high-quality dental products that meet your specific needs. To ensure this level of quality and accuracy, we have established clear workflows for handling any changes to cases after they are submitted. Here’s why these workflows are important and how they work:
Why We Use the Order Edit and Resubmit Workflow (also know as Edited and Archived):
Once a case is submitted to us, we quickly begin the manufacturing process to meet our goal of timely service. This efficiency means that by the time a change request is received, the case is often already in production. If you request any changes at this stage, there is a risk that the modifications may not be captured accurately in the original prescription, leading to potential discrepancies in the final product.
The Importance of Accurate Initial Submissions:
To prevent these issues, it is crucial that all necessary details—such as measurements, materials, and specific instructions—are included in the initial order. Providing complete and accurate information from the start ensures that the final product meets your expectations without needing corrections or adjustments.
Handling Changes After Submission:
If changes are needed after you have submitted the initial prescription, we require a new, updated prescription with all relevant details included. This updated prescription helps us ensure that every aspect of the manufacturing process aligns with the most current information, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and ensuring a product that meets your standards.
