Overview: This article explains how to add Dandy to your iTero scanner's lab list using Lab ID 335165 to enable digital order submissions.
Add Dandy to the iTero Scanner
To add Dandy as a laboratory, you must contact iTero support directly:
Call iTero support at 800-577-8767.
Select your preferred language (Press 1 for English).
Press 4 to reach laboratory support.
Press 1 to add a new lab to the iTero scanner.
Request that Dandy be added to the scanner. Provide the Dandy Lab ID: 335165.
Sync Scanner Configuration
Once iTero support has added the lab, you must refresh the scanner's local settings:
Navigate to the Settings menu on the iTero scanner.
Select Sync Configuration to update the list of available laboratories.
Send Orders to Dandy
After the configuration sync is complete, you can submit cases to Dandy:
Create a new order on the iTero scanner.
Select Dandy from the lab selection list when sending the order.
