Find Information in the Dandy Help Center

Overview: Learn how to navigate the Dandy Help Center to find dental procedures, software troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance instructions.

Accessing the Help Center

Access the Dandy Help Center directly through the Dandy Portal dashboard. To open the Help Center, select a user profile from the Dandy Portal login screen and locate the Help Center button in the top left corner of the interface.

Using the Search Function

The search function allows users to find specific articles by entering keywords related to procedures, software, or equipment.

Quick Search Tips

  • Enter at least three characters into the search bar to generate instant results based on article titles.

  • Use specific terms, such as the name of a dental procedure or a specific piece of hardware, to narrow the results.

Advanced Search Strategies

  • Select the green Search button or press the Enter key to perform an in-depth search of keywords across the full body of all articles.

  • Enclose multiple keywords in quotation marks (e.g., "troubleshoot" and "scanner") to find articles that contain both specific terms.

Browsing Help Center Categories

The Dandy Help Center organizes related content into categories and sections to simplify navigation.

  • Product Line Categories: Use these categories to find information regarding specific product offerings, clinical workflows, and product-specific troubleshooting.

  • System Categories: Use the remaining categories to find instructions for utilizing equipment and software within the Dandy ecosystem.

Using Interactive Support Features

  • Visual Learning: Select embedded videos and links within articles to access additional visual resources and step-by-step guides.

  • Customer Service: Locate Contact Us links within articles to find contact information for the Dandy customer service team.

Submitting Article Feedback

The Dandy Help Center uses community feedback to improve content accuracy and usability.

  • Helpfulness Rating: At the bottom of each article, select an option under Was this article helpful? to share your experience with the documentation team.
