Track Your Try-in Return

You can track your try-in returns in the Dandy Portal and in Chairside.

Tracking Your Try-in in Chairside

On the right-hand side of the screen, select “track your orders.”

Steps

1. Click the patient name under “Track your orders” for more information.
2. The top portion of the screen displays the tracking of said patient. 
3. This status will move from submission to lab fabrication, shipping, and delivery. 

Tracking Your Try-in in the Dandy Portal

In Chairside, click on the “orders” tab at the top left hand side of the page. This list will show all orders sent or paused mid-appointment.

Steps

1. Click on any patient’s name.
2. This will bring you to the same order status as above.
3. The status will show the same information as submission, lab fabrication, shipping, and delivery.
