You can track your try-in returns right on the Dandy Portal. The first way to track your orders would be on the homepage of chairside. On the right hand side of the screen, select “track your orders.”
- Click the patient name under “track your orders” to find more information.
- The top portion of the screen displays the tracking of said patient.
- This status will move from submission to lab fabrication, shipping, and delivery.
You can also track your orders through chairside by hovering over to “orders” at the top middle of the page. This list will show all orders sent or paused mid appointment.
- Click on any patient’s name.
- This will bring you to the same order status as above.
- The status will show the same information as submission, lab fabrication, shipping and delivery.
