Submit Refabrication in Chairside
- Navigate to the patients tab in chairside
- Select the case needing the Refabrication
- You should see a refabricate option
- Follow Prompts as needed to complete the submission
Submit a Refabrication in Dandy Portal
- Log on to your Doctor Portal at practice.meetdandy.com
- Navigate to the Orders Page
- Locate the correct case to refabricate
- On the right side of the screen, select the 'Refabricate order' button.
- Follow the prompts until case is resubmitted
