Chairside TMJ/TMD Appliance Case Setup

Patient Selection

1. On your Chairside homescreen, click “Start.”
2. Enter the patient’s first and last name.
   • For existing patients, select their name.
     1. If this is a refabrication, select the case to refabricate. How To Refabricate An Order
     2. If this is not a refabrication, click “Order Something New.”
   • For new patients, finish typing their first and last name.
     1. Select the gender.
     2. Enter the birthday.
     3. Click “Create and Continue.”

Product Selection

1. Select “Splints, Guards, & TMJ”
2. Click “TMJ”
3. Select the appropriate TMD/TMJ device
   1. NTI
   2. Anterior Deprogrammer
   3. Dawson B-Splint
   4. Gelb
4. Select the desired arch or arches
5. Click “Next”

Final Stage

The last window gives you a couple more options for complex orders

1. Click “Start Scanning” if no other products are needed - 
2. Click “Add Another Item” to add an additional item
