Dandy Live Support Hours

The Dandy support teams are available during the following Eastern Time (ET) hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Clinical Support Options

Clinical Chat Features

The Clinical Support team provides live scan feedback within Dandy Chairside while the patient is still in the operatory. Users can also send messages to digital designers during the waxup review process in the Dandy Portal. To initiate a session, click the "Chat with us" button in the Dandy Portal.

Specialized Clinical Phone Support

For assistance with complex cases involving shade matching, material selection, or refabrications, users can call the Clinical Support Team directly. To find the direct phone number for the specific team required, click the "Chat with us" button in the Dandy Portal.
