To begin the equipment setup process, Dandy has embedded a step-by-step setup guide directly on your laptop. Start your setup process directly through your laptop and use this article as an additional guide.

Follow the steps below to begin setting up your scanner, account, and much more:

  1. Power on your Dandy laptop.
  2. On the desktop of the laptop, open the program labeled Chairside.

Ensure the steps in Chairside walkthrough are completed at least 72 hours before your scheduled training. A quality assurance test will be conducted by our team 2-3 days before your Launch Training date.

Note: both options are the same scanner - they happen to have different wire configurations. Assembly instructions for both cord configurations are included late in this article.
